This is an awesome little joint on Main Street in Vancouver with a generous happy hour menu. Their cocktails are tasty as well, and they actually have towers of drinks (good for groups)! I was hesitant to go at first because the original place wasn’t the best, but this place is awesome. It’s completely redone, the food is great too. Their fries are seasoned with salt and pepper and are perfectly cooked! Their portions are decent too. Despite not having too many servers, they are all super attentive, quick, and make sure you always have what you need. I can’t say more about this place, but I will definitely be coming here more often.
For a bar, this place has *excellent* food, really cute signs (love the pug theme and the mural outside that's changed slogans periodically... its an adorable and clever touch!!!) Blackened chicken was great on my superfood salad... the flavors all compliment each other beautifully with the chickpeas, quinoa and roasted broccoli. A very solid choice
Made a stop by Browns Crafthouse on Main street last weekend. Plenty of seating, as the location had a decent size patio as well. The nachos and other appetizers were fair in pricing and portions. Alcohol wasn't overly priced, but definitely skip the pop/soda (it was flat and tasteless)
Lovely experience for someone that avoids the "upscale" casual pubs in Vancouver. Food is mediocre but the fact that they have better deals than most bars in the city dwarfs the mediocrity. Bartender wasn't very social. People, do you not understand you should hire hospitable bartenders? I will be back for the deals, not the service.
It’s a nice cozy bar with a nice music. Nice place to chill and talk with friends (but a bit loud for actual talking as everywhere). I love the staff here. Girls are so friendly, welcoming, smiling faces, and working hard as bees. I can’t imagine how are able to work nonstop and be so friendly. Food is great, it’s a head better than in most other places like this. Cocktails are always tasty. Cool bar and restaurant
A nice place to grab drinks or food. I ordered takeout and got the California burger and salad, it tasted good. However it's a little bit on the pricier side for the portions.
Came here with some friends for a Friday evening drink and food. Everything we had was looking good and tasted great. I really enjoyed the fish tacos and my friends enjoyed the burger and the beef bowl. They had a reasonable selection of beverages that should be able to accommodate everyone. The servers were professional and helpful with their suggestions. We would come again. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with a group. This is a good place to try.
